Counselling tends to be short-term, focusing on specific problems or issues you are facing. It reduces distress and helps to build strong coping skills to better manage challenges in life. Psychotherapy is more in-depth, long-term approach that can help you to address recurrent or chronic problems you have. Together we explore your life patterns and behaviours and address those that cause distress or prevent you from living how you want, including in your personal relationships. 


I combine various psychological approaches best suited to client's needs, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Humanistic therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). As a therapist I can help you with:

The fee is paid at the end of the session in cash, alternatively paid via bank transfer on the day of the session. 

(I work independently from the statutory health system and therefore my services are not covered by health insurance).  



In case you need to cancel an appointment, I would appreciate if you could let me know as soon as possible. At least 24 hours' notice is required, otherwise the full fee for the session will be charged.
